We are glad you are here!!
The Gideons International is an Association of Christian business and professional men and their wives dedicated to telling people about Jesus through sharing personally and by providing Bibles and New Testaments.
While we are known worldwide for our work with hotels, we predominantly share Scriptures in schools and colleges, prisons and jails, hospitals, and medical offices. To date, we have placed 1.8 billion Scriptures.
The first camp of the Gideons International in Japan was organized in Tokyo on September 1, 1950. Today, Japan has over 2,000 members of Gideons and Auxiliary in 170 camps all over Japan. We eagerly hope to dedicate to Jesus Christ through the world wide ministry of the Gideons to win others to the Lord, Jesus Christ.
